Stanford Lake College is an independent, co-educational high school in the Magoebaskloof mountains near Haenertsburg, between Tzaneen and Polokwane, founded in 1998. A Christian-ethos school set beside Stanford Lake, it educates pupils from Grade 8 to Grade 12 as a day and boarding school (around 70% boarders), writes the IEB National Senior Certificate and is a member of Round Square, with a strong outdoor-education programme.
