The Diocesan School for Girls (DSG) is an independent Anglican girls’ school in Makhanda (Grahamstown), founded in 1874 and one of the oldest girls’ schools in South Africa. A predominantly boarding school educating girls from Grade 4 to Grade 12, it shares classes with its brother school, St Andrew’s College, from Grade 10, and offers the IEB National Senior Certificate and Cambridge A-Levels.
